ROLE DESCRIPTION: As the Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trey Poole - State Farm Agent, you play a crucial role in our daily operations and contribute to the success of our customers. You foster growth within our agency by cultivating strong customer relationships and serving as a bridge between customer needs and various agency departments. By proactively marketing relevant products and services, you enhance the lives of our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and sustain customer relationships to promote retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations to clients.
- Manage the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Utilize your expertise in our insurance products to recommend, clarify, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Openness to engaging in sales discussions.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
